Pork ribs in the Instant Pot

Get the already seasoned pork ribs from Costco. I think it is about $20.
(If you do your own seasoning, I suggest putting the seasoned ribs in the fridge overnight before cooking.)

Put a half cup of water or apple vinegar in the pot.

You can cut each rack in half, so you end up with 4 pieces.
Stand up the ribs on the trivet in the pot (instead of putting them flat on top of each other).

Set pressure release to seal.

Cook on High Pressure for 9 minutes.

Then do the 10-minute pressure release.

(The ribs will look grey color)
Put the cooked ribs in a pan. Meaty side up. You can glaze the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Set your oven to broil. Put ribs in the oven for about 5 minutes, so you get that BBQ look.

That is all. Enjoy
